Yes, it would beg credulity to say HRC knew nothing about digging up dirt about Trump. It's my bedtime, otherwise I'd relate more about this master manipulator.

But, you see that is the problem. She "had no intent" yet the law says nothing about intent. At the same time that she was not charged there was a sailor who took a couple of cell phone photos of the inside of the nuclear submarine he was deployed on. He was charged under the same law that they did not charge Hillary under even though just like Hillary they determined that he had no intent.

Intent was irrelevant to the crime. And, she probably did keep herself at arm's length from any performance of wrongdoing, but she clearly knew about it since it was all over the news. It really stretches credibility to believe that your campaign can purchase false information from Russia, and then that false information can be used to spy on first Carter Page and then Trump, and you don't know about it. Give me a break.

It is clearly a huge political story that not only shows the corruption of the Democratic party, but of the FBI and CIA who went along with the plan even though the evidence shows that they knew it was false.
But, you see that is the problem. She "had no... (show quote)

Excellent assessment. It just shows the corruption of the Justice Department to pick and choose who to prosecute.

Of course they pick and choose. I just don’t understand why they have not yet chosen Trump!!!!

They aren't supposed to pick and choose. They are supposed to apply the law equally to all. And, they are not doing that.

Damn... there must be a tongue-in-cheek emoji that I should have used.

Maybe because they couldn't find any evidence of wrongdoing?

Then they should take off their blinders. I think they are just too afraid to charge a former POTUS; never been done before, I guess.

They've been looking for years to try and find something on Trump, but it just isn't there. One way that you know is because anything Trump does that is wrong or bone-headed is immediately trumpeted in the news, even the stuff that they make up. And anything that is found in secret is immediately leaked to the press, whether legal or not. His tax returns, for instance were leaked to the press, but nobody could find anything amiss.

It's not that you can't charge a President with anything. Nixon resigned just before charges were filed in an era that was way more forgiving of our leaders than the present time. His Vice President, Agnew, also resigned later due to a corruption charge of taking bribes from government contractors.

The New York State's attorneys have been publicly proclaiming that they have been investigating Trump for the last two or three years in order to obtain an indictment. So far they've come up with bupkis.
