VERY nice shots! What were you shooting with and settings? Love my Tarheels. My dad was from North Carolina (Kannapolis). I live in Kansas now (Overland Park). I am a Jayhawk now. I loved it when Roy came to Kansas, but always knew he would go back to NC when my favorite college coach of all time Dean Smith left. That was a sad day but he was groomed for that job all along. NOW wouldn't it be wonderful if the final four was Kansas/North Carolina YEA!. I really think we have the best coach in college basketball now! When he first came here I thought why the hell did we get HIM. Well after 3-4 weeks of watching and listening to him I said YEA we have ourselves a coach. Bill Self was interviewed last week and he was asked about this team. He got a big SMILE ON and said this definately is not one of my best teams, but THEY think they are. Keep posting please love your photos. Thanks BE SAFE!!

Settings were ISO 5000. Shutter 1/800 and Aperture 3.5 4 and 4.5
Nothing like being up close!
Question: When you’re so involved in shooting are you aware of what’s going on in the game? Or could it be any game? Looks to me like you’d devote the same effort at a Friday night HS game.
I was aware of the game situation throughout. Your vision of the game is more limited, but still easy to follow the game. I do think I devote the same effort regardless of the teams, but the lighting of a pro arena made it so much easier.
Unfortunately St. Peter's lost so I won't be heading to the Final Four.
Very sharp action captures!
Great action shots Jhund172. Lucky you for being able to attend the game.

These are awesome . Thanks for sharing them. Im curious as to where you were located and what camera/lens used. Paul
I used a Sony A7III with Sony 70-200 GM lens. I was located on the baseline. They had two rows of photographers I was in the second row, so I got to sit on a short stool.
