About 1/2 way down the page it does say occasionally they will be found breeding as far west as New Mexico, Arizona and the coast of SoCal. When I looked at your post I thought it looked like some kind of small warbler, and it turns out they are warblers.
I just had no clue what name to look for them under until Appy posted.

The bush with yellow round flowers is the Huisache ( Acacia farnesiana ), quite fragrant and worked heavily by honeybees, which make excellent honey.

This morning it took 25 or so of a mixed flock of small birds at Sweetwater Marsh in Tucson AZ. As is normal, at least for me, I make no attempt to ID them in the field. When I downloaded them I got a real surprise. Anyone know what it is?

Very good looking birdie, Jack!

Except for the Chestnut coloring on the breast & under the wing area it looks amazingly like my Audubon's Warblers that I get around my house here in Southern Oregon! Congrats on these super great pics!
