It must be a Canadian thing. Trudeau is starting to step all over Canadians having fun now. First the truckers and now the citizens themselves. Pretty soon poor John will be singing, Woe is Me.

So a candidates personality Trump's their policies? Doesn't seem like a sound decision process.

Putting a malignant narcissist in charge of the US government seems like a terrible mistake, regardless of their policies. In Trumps case, the policies were all wrong as well.

The problem with your comparison is that Trump and Biden do NOT have the same policies nor do they have the same personalities. I would much rather have a President that has a less than desirable personality yet has policies that are favorable to the country than a President with a likeable or even a charismatic personality yet has destructive policies. I judge by policies not personality which has no effect on my personal life at all. Polices are what has an effect on my life.

It just occurred to me why you won't accept insanity as a disqualification.

I disagree, Trump's policies were right on and benefited the country.

I do, that's why I didn't vote for this disaster of a president that we have now.

You seem to have missed my point. But I won’t bother explaining any further.

Hey, Steve, the joke was great. I have passed it on to several friends who also liked it.

But the joke was in the first post. What do you expect after that… a bunch of thumbs-up? That would be boring.

Basically, look at what a good human being should be... and Biden IS, while Trump IS NOT.

Notice I don't bring policy or politics into the debate, because on that topic I don't care who is in charge.

To quote you, Biden is, "Caring for others (not just himself), empathetic, sincere, kind, trusted and respected (not ridiculed) by other national leaders,..." Honestly?

I thought you were smart but do you have any situational awareness of what is going on in the world and our country or are you going to have to wait till November and have the American people show you how dumb and out of touch your thinking is? I guess an old and feeble cognitively impaired corrupt and lying ruler is your ideal.

Incidentally, Biden may be empathetic to every Progressive cause of his party and the Squad. But is he empathetic to America and American's suffering? NO!

THE PRESIDENT AND THE TWO HOGS

Last Tuesday President Biden got off the helicopter in front of the White House carrying a baby piglet under each arm.

The squared-away Marine guard snapped to attention and saluted.
"Nice Pigs, Sir".

The President replied, "These are not Pigs. These are authentic Arkansas Razorback hogs. I got one for Vice-President Kamala Harris and I got one for Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

The squared-away Marine guard again snapped to attention, saluted, and said, "Excellent trade, Sir."
