Beautiful bird, nice perch, good focus with feather detail, nice head angle with good view of that beautiful eye. If I was going to change anything, I would slightly tilt the bird to the right. I find that he appears to be slightly tilted to the left- bring him slightly clockwise. Minor, but IMO would help.
