On the subject of fly ash. While nothing may come of it, a recent article indicated they may be able to mine fly ash for rare earth elements. Would still leave all that ash of course. There once was a USDA lab devoted entirely to finding uses for fly ash, but there is just too much of it. I know from local politics that while people blame the coal industry for what they often do, they also don't want controls because it may cost jobs.

If they are using stack scrubbers to contain the fly ash (keep it from getting into the atmosphere), why in the world would they then dump it in the atmosphere from planes?

This proves that even self-proclaimed scientists can be sucked into conspiracy theories. Chemtrails do not exist, period. The only thing even remotely close are those "cloud seeding" experiments that attempted to force rain showers from clouds.

Very nice reply to my Subject. Have you educated your self on the dangerous properties of coal fly ash? That stuff is so bad that the the government requires lining pits holding coal ash to be built to prevent any possibilities of leakage.
The government will take the coal ash and put it in the atmosphere for free. If you are a powerplant operator which option would you take? Thanks again for being aware of this problem. Take a look at a graph of the increase in Autism if you get the chance. Also, I agree with you about HAARP and DARPA and their evils.
