I am wondering how he can state the "chemtrails"/clouds are at 4000 feet. Nothing to measure scale and only thousands of feet of air in between him and the clouds. As to the % of sky covered by the clouds, I am from the Mid-west (actually right where the Ohio and Mississippi join) and we get a lot of clouds back there and I have often seen the same type of cloud formation from one horizon to the other. And includes cirrus clouds like these.

That actually got a fancy name now, Solar Radiation Management, which has been going on for many years. It works well with Darpa and Haarp. but those do no exist either according to so called official news sources.

I have been sitting here for several minutes trying to come up with an appropriate response to this ridiculous suggestion - "just check the internet" and you came through for me just perfectly. The internet can be a great source of information / entertainment but a significant amount of common sense (which, I fear, is rapidly disappearing from the worlds' population of Homo Sapiens day by day) is required.
