So.... the Apples being cooked with a bit of Brown Suger and various other spices - created a dessert-like element within the Pork Steaks/Brussel Sprouts/Mashed 'taters!

Excellent! Often do apples & onions with pork. Was thinking about the oven Brussels sprout recipe the other day and hadn't picked a veg to go with Cornish Game Hen tonight. Thanks!

Excellent step by step that is all about and great presentation. You missed something the bacon on the Brussels sprout. just kidding. Personal preference. Great job!
