I had a eos 77D That had an issue. I went to their repair page checked some boxes a M d a price came up. I shipped it after paying for estimate. Got it back problem solved. Of course they cleaned and replaced broken part. Brought it up to specs.
Will spare you the details, but my interaction with Canon repair service was similarly excellent. Think I may even have posted about it on the Hedgehog at the time. They're A+ in my book.
Glad I just moved to Canon.
