Skillet chicken and seared avocados. Just the end result as I forgot to take photos along the way.
Recipe called for breasts, but I used thighs just because I like them better. I also used everything bagel seasoning because someone here mentioned they use it all the time, so I thought I would try it. Leeks were used instead of green onions and Vadallia were used in place of red onions again just because I like them better. I also threw in some bacon, just because. The end result was fantastic!!
Looks great! Reminder that I should cook more avocado!

"T". - I usually can not. Both ways turn out well I must say.

IMHO recipes are guidelines, add and subtract to your liking.
I agree that here is nothing wrong with following the recipe either. And I do that when I make bread.
The meal was very tasty!
