I bought a 1.4 canon teleconverter from them and it came with no lens caps just wrapped in bubble wrap. The image on their website showed it with the lens covers. Called an they said some items are shipped that way because that’s the way they received the item. I was very disappointed and had to pay more for the caps from another source. Fake advertising in my opinion.
I bought a Nikon lens from them recently. Excellent transaction.

I’ve also had good experiences with them, including being able to contact them by phone with questions. I’m surprised to hear you’re having such a bad experience, and I hope it all works out in the end for you.
I have bought and sold with them. no problems. Always able to get them on the phone.

I have bought and sold with mpg and never had a problem. Has to be something you’re not telling us.

Hmmmm. This is discouraging. I recently purchased a used camera from them as a first time buyer, and received a confirmation email on Feb 24. They said they would send me an email when it was shipped. Today is March 3 and still no email. Maybe I'm spoiled after dealing with B&H all these yrs and receiving my gear in 3 days. I had read good things on this site from others (in todays replies as well) but can't help wondering why it would take so long to throw a body and two batteries in to a box and ship it.

I recently traded in a camera and lens and simultaneously purchased a camera from them. I found their customer service to be very unsatisfactory and their website to be equally unsatisfactory. Ultimately, I received my camera but the entire process was tedious with extremely poor communication on their part during the transaction time period. I will not buy or trade with them again and do not recommend them. I have had much better experiences with B&H and Adorama and will continue to do business with them going forward.
Bought a lens from them about 4 months ago. Couldn't be happier.
Well things change and in this case it looks like it’s not for the better.
Very good reviews from them in the past and now two recent examples of problems.
Very unfortunate as they were a good resource for used gear.

I just purchased a lens from MPB in February. No problems with the transaction but I noticed they were a bit slow in shipping. It them several days to ship the order but I received an excellent lens at a decent price.

I have purchased more than several items from them over the last few years with no issue at all. Sorry for your situation. Stay patient. All will work out.
Have dealt with MPB numerous times, buying and selling cameras, lenses and accessories, without any problems. Sorry you are having difficulty. The used market is booming so they may be "flat out" at the moment. Hopefully your situation will be satisfactorily resolved.
Just bought. Nikon D500 today. Supposed to arrive March 9. We will
see.

They still are a very good resource!!!
Just got a lens I had ordered a week ago it took 8 days for it to arrived, I used their free shipping. I have ordered from them in the past too without issued and will continue to order from them in the future.

Id like to know if the eight days was from when you ordered it, or from the email they send saying it was sent out. I'm trying to be patient, but feel like I should call.,
