Nice work Pat. I’ve not succeeded in capturing a snowflake.
Beginners luck but hope to try tomorrow.
Really wish I could stop and comment on the wonderful posts. I do have more. I took these today with my extension tubes with the exception of one.
With extension tubes and background changed in Photoshop
I like this one best - macro mode on the phone app Camera+
And this is how most of my extension tube macros look
Out of at least 10 shots today, I finally got a keeper.

Brought a Striped Bark Scorpion home from W. Texas to do a little macro photography. To my surprise, she gave live birth to 15 baby scorpions. She carries them on her back. Had a little fun posing her on a skunk skull. Hard to get her to stay still. I released them after the photo shoot.
Personally, I really enjoy photos of nature. Gator, these scorpion photos are very good! Also, I like your used the skunk skull as a prop as it helps tell the scorpion story. I live in the SoCal desert, have a UV light go out at dark to find them. Never have I found them here.

Really great job Pat. I appreciate your persistence, it was worth it for that last shot!
First two are beautiful as well!

Thank you, Nancy. I was hoping to do some snowflakes today, but the snow is looking too fine right now. The last of my flower macros.
