A few weeks ago Tito14 posted a photo that really caught my EYE so I asked if he would share his resipe and he kindly agreed and sent me the recipe. I had lobster stock and everything on hand so I made it yesterday and we had it for supper tonight, It was very special and I will keep the recipe to use at a later date. Thanks again Tito14.

It was delicious, but I was a little bit heavy-handed with the garlic, not bad but I used a bit more than I should have.

Never too much garlic in an Italian Puerto Rican household I’m sure it was out of this world

Thank you. I had some sushi rice it seemed good, and I used straight lobster stock. Thank you for your help.
