Old Car City is just off I-75 in White, Georgia, about an hour drive north of Atlanta. The former junkyard claims to be the largest collection of old cars in the world. Some of the cars have been here for 70 years.

Old Car City is now the world’s largest known classic car junkyard covering 34 acres with six miles of walking trails through more than 4,000 cars on display in all their rusted glory.

The vehicles, in various stages of decomposition, are only part of the lure. Blending in with the pines, oaks, moss and other vegetation, they generate stunning visuals.

Nice captures, Paul. I assume it's relatively safe to walk around there as long as you're wearing cut-proof clothing!

Thank you tradio, Tommy, alamomike47, Elliott! I've only been to Old Car City in the Nov timeframe and as late as the first weekend of December. Mid November has been the peak for Fall colors, both the golden sun and the golds of the pine needles and fall leaves. The owners keep the "trails" cut through the summer, so although the vehicles are overgrown, not where you're walking.
