On a side note: How are those crispy onions made... Me Wants!!


Thank you so much, appreciate your comments. Just sliced ring Spanish or Vidalia onions not to thick. Make a 50/50 AP flour and cornstarch, the spices it is up to you, kosher salt, black pepper or any blend that you like. Using a bowl add onions and the 50/50 spice blend make sure all the onions are covered. Put in a fryer basket or something that you can shake the excess flour. Fried at 350 degrees, be careful they can get burned quickly
