With some reading glasses I can just make that out, unaided on my old 17" monitor (and not having read what to look for) 45283 was all I managed.

I saw 528 on my phone. Then i moved the picture and saw more digits. Finally moving the picture up and down repeatedly I was eventually able to see that the number was as wide as the circular pattern but the outer numbers were difficult to make out. Took me a couple minutes to get 3452839.
It was easier to see the number in portrait orientation than landscape orientation for me. Haven’t tried it on the laptop screen yet.
Edit: on the desktop 27" screen it was hard to see until I reduced the size of the image. It was still necessary to move the image up and down to get all the digits.

It's a matter of perspective. Copy and past to your screen, then zoom out and it is easy to read.
