When I saw this title on YouTube, I was expecting to laugh my way through the video. Not so. This looks like a handy tool. If you have to hammer nails in a tight space where you can't swing a hammer, this will do the trick. Of course, there are other times when it would come in handy. For some reason, it doesn't seem to be available yet.

Looks good, I have an air-powered Ridgid Palm Nailer with Metal Housing at about 1/4 the weight but it also has a hose.

Yeah, the air requirement didn't appeal to me.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aH8RjJiR_MUGreat looking tool Jerry but I don't put boxes in too often. You should get one so I can borrow it for the one or two times I might need it for the rest of my life!

Good idea. We're within driving distance. I could meet you half way. I did that with a boat kit I was selling. The buyer and I met at a rest area on an Interstate. I just remembered that I did that with a ukulele, too.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aH8RjJiR_MUThanks for sharing Jerry. I have seen them advertised before but did not ever see a demo of how or what applications it would be handy in.
Ridgid makes one without pivoting head that fits one of the oscillating tools
Well the quality brand name convinced me. Ha

I also have an air powered palm nailer. Noisy as all get out, but it sure does the job.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aH8RjJiR_MUThere are "right angle" power and cordless drills from many companies, but this is the first "hammer" drill. Seems like a "must have" tool for anyone who does a lot of wood work especially in tight spaces
[quote=sourdough58]Looks good, I have an air-powered Ridgid Palm Nailer with Metal Housing at about 1/4 the weight but it also has a hose.[/quote I have a hose too. It is attached to my catether. But I suspect your nailer doesn't need to pee that much. As a warning don't end up like me. Pee when you have to, not when someone tells you it is ok.
I've seen similar on This Old House. Good especially for tight spots.
