I’m a retired IT guy. I’ve had a camera of one form or another ever since I was about 8 years old, but never really got very far until the advent of digital. I got my first, an Olympus D340, in the late 90s, and have never looked back.
Current gear lineup is, for me, a well-chosen* collection of capabilities - a Sony RX100M7, a Sigma sd Quattro and some lenses, and a Leica Q2. Mostly, I shoot landscapes and buildings.

We've lived in Chanhassen since 1995 - home of the world famous Dinner Theater, and Paisley Park :)
Welcome to UHH I'm a retired IT guy too from Minnesota. (Last 20 years retired from the City of Rochester, and I've been to the Chanhassen diner theater a number of times.
Look forward to seeing your photos

You came to the right site, enjoy.
Welcome to UHH. The gear you use is your choice and not anyone else's. Take photos, post some and accept constructive criticism gracefully and learn from what you do and photograph.
