Dialogue in a restaurant between hostess and patron.

Hostess : Hello.

Patron : Hi, table for two, please.

Hostess : Sure, and your name.

Patron : Tracy.

Hostess : Great. And do you and your guest have your vaccination cards?

Patron : We do. Can you tell us who our server will be?

Hostess : Um, looks like Tom will be your server tonight.

Patron : Great. Can you show us Tom’s vaccination card?

Hostess : Um…

Patron : And also, can you provide me with proof that Tom is not a carrier of HIV, Hepatitis A or B,

or any other communicable diseases such as VD?

Hostess : Um…

Patron : Also, we would prefer not to be served by someone who is on or uses recreational drugs such as

marijuana, cocaine, meth, fentanyl, etc., so if you could provide us with Tom’s most recent tox screen,

that would be great.

Hostess : Um... Let me get the manager for you.

Patron : That would be great, thanks…….

Many if not most all businesses now require their employees to prove their cleanliness by a vaccine record, a drug test, and a recent coronavirus test. This requirement conforms to medical science.

Far-out-types holler that vaccination infringes their political rights or violates their religion, without advancing an explanatory basis for their claim. Thus their squawk shuts down their power of critical thought.

By this flawed position, they expose themselves to infection from the coronavirus and thereby become a potential carrier of this disease to infect innocent others. This behavior flouts the national interest of public health and threatens community safety.

Yes, ask to see the vaccination cards of the entire kitchen and staff. That's the ticket.

It sort of sounds like fair play to me. As consumers we have no idea if our clerks, waiters and so on have been tested recently or vaccinated. To be honest I really do not care. Every single day we all walk among people who have spread Billions of germs on the rest of us. We all do our part to spread germs. Who is to say if those germs come from someone who refuses to get vaccinated or someone like me who has had both shots and the booster. The difference to others is the same, they can STILL pass on the virus to me just as I can spread it to them.

It is amazing to me that I can walk into a restaurant and am forced to wear a mask. Yet when I get to my table I am perfectly fine to remove the mask and sit down to a place where not 5 minutes earlier someone with the virus sat, coughed and sneezed and touched the seats, table, machine that accepts our credit card for payment and so on.

Some sporting teams are required to wear a mask while sitting on the bench but in the case of close sporting events such as wrestling or volleyball the players are not required to be masked. Just when they are at their period of breathing hard, coughing, spitting etc. they can be literally inches from other players or their opponent. Then, back to the bench and put on a mask. Not one bit of this goes along with science nor does it make things any safer for any of us.

I wish you well,

Dennis

As I just posted a moment ago, every worker in a restaurant can have been vaccinated with the appropriate booster shot. As a customer I can also have been vaccinated and have the booster shot. Yet the truth is I can be asymptomatic and pass on the virus to those workers and/or they can pass it right on to me. I ask you, is this true or not? If true then it seems to be one hell of a waste of time and money in my opinion. Let's not forget my opinion is just as valid as anybody else's opinion.

If you have been vaccinated and boostered just as I have then don't you also have the ability to expose innocent others to the infection?

Last I read, breakthrough coronavirus infections do occur but as a rarity, like under 1 percent of infections. Even so, the vaccination against virus works to moderate this infection and its effects.

From what I gather in general, pretty much only the youngest show no signs of the effects of the coronavirus infection. During their infection period, however, yes, they can serve as carriers of the virus.

We may face a regime in future wherein all receive an annual booster shot to curtail the coronavirus, a practice not unlike the annual flu shot.

Some individuals utter an opinion that carries more weight because better informed or more rational or free of bias.

My aunt, 90 years old, was about to released from the hospital after surgery. A Covid test showed she had Covid. She felt great with no sign of the virus except the hospital telling her she was infected.

We may also, a large number of us, just tell the government and the lying Left where to stick the vaccines.

You do know that you can both get and pass on coronavirus when vaccinated, so the argument that the unvaccinated are the ones passing the virus on does not make sense.

What flouts the national health interest is refusing to allow ivermictin treatments when other countries studies show the drug is effective, and taking monclonal antibodies away from most people.

If the vaccine worked as advertised no problem. But it doesn't. I got serious complications from the vaccine. It appears that my son-in-law did also. And, according to military data when you take the five year average from 20`6 to 2020 and compare it to 2021 there is a huge spike in a whole series of ailments. Since the military was not in a conflict in 2021 and data from 2020 shows no such spike then the only logical explanation for the spike is the vaccine.

Just name one good reason why someone younger than 45 should take the covid shot. They have a far greater likelihood of getting complications from the vaccine than from covid. And, since it will still spread whether or not anyone else is vaccinated then there is no justification for forcing it on others.

The reality is if it works then you are protected once you are vaccinated so it makes no difference what anyone else does. And, if you aren't protected because my daughter has not gotten vaccinated, then the vaccine is no good, which once again means that there is no reason for her to get vaccinated.

You can make a good case for anyone with serious comorbidities or elderly to get the vaccine because it appears to lessen the seriousness of illness, but 40 percent of the population gets no symptoms, and most young people only get minor symptoms, so it isn't helping them in any way.

Flu shots aren't mandated. Neither should the covid shot be mandated. And, it is far more than 1 percent that are vaccinated and get the virus. That was before omicron. If you look at the data from Israel who vaccinated sooner than we did more than half of those hospitalized are now vaccinated, and it is getting close to 20 percent in the U.S.

Season 1 Episode 2:

Last week:

Hostess : Um... Let me get the manager for you.

Patron : That would be great, thanks…….

And now we continue:

Hostess : Yes, these are the customers asking...

Manager : Hello, I'm Dave, the manager, how may I help you.

Patron : Hello Dave, may I see your vaccination card please?

Manager : Um, So, do I understand correctly that you are having an issue with our requirement for all of our eat-in customers to disclose their vaccination status.

Patron : Oh, not at all, but in honoring your requirement, and before we are able to discuss this any further, you and I will need to exchange our vaccination statuses.

Manager : You know what, very well, here is mine, do you have yours available.

Patron : Excellent! Here are ours.

Manager : Perfect, you are welcome to sit where ever you'd like. Please enjoy your visit with us.

Patron : Um, we certainly will enjoy it, but first we will need to see the vaccination status for our server and anyone else who will be involved in our food preparation or service.

Manager : I'm sorry, but I cannot do that as HIPPA laws prevent me from disclosing any of my employee's medically related information.

Patron : We fully understand, but you need not disclose anything. Each of them can stop by our table and show us themselves--in fact, they can take that opportunity to personally disclose their status to all of the seated parties now here.

Manager : quietly under his breath "just think, I passed up a career in Snake Milking for this crappy job"
