From the "godan1 Collection".
The '64 Goat will always be my favorite year for that model, stripped down and mean!
Excellent - Had a white Catalina Convert with black interior - The White Whale. If cars could tell stories...and with the 389, it was fast.
I bought a brand new 63 Pontiac Catalina 4dr Hardtop from Peterson Pontiac In Highland Park, Illinois when I was in the Army. They said I was the envy of the post. I loved that car.
The last picture, the 1964 GTO, was the beginning of muscle cars. That GTO was a refined beast. It was good looking and it was powerful.
Thanks, KT! Love that goat.
Really nice cars. Which is the “Goat”?

The last one, Barbara. A play of words on GTO.

When I was in high school the "GTO" (goat) meant goes through "Gas, Tires, Oil".
Tires and gas they did! (LOL)

In addition to what Mike said, goats are known for eating anything and the GTO was fast and would eat anything on the street - stoplight to stoplight racing.
Even a humble Nova can be a classic.
Beautiful old cars, Thank you for the set.
