I think it is an Md. A could be a B. I Had a A, This looks like the same Md. Gave it to my grandson when he was a small kid. It is stored in an old chicken house. It is a 1952 John Deere Md. A. I bought in1977 with a neighboring farm. I used it a few times on the farm & in a parade or two. The farmer was an old bachelor who took very good care of what he owned. With the farm I bought his cattle, equipment, tools and everything but household goods. He had a small shop with tools, He never used the good tools. I got lots of Snap On wenches, machinist tools, handsaws, brace and bits ,hammers+++, an anvil that had never had a lick. He had built a nice work bench + several cabinets for the tools. I later sold the house, built a new shop by my house, and moved all of that to my shop. Some of this I have never used and will not let any one else use. I plan to pass my farms to my sons and grandsons, but they are not interested in the antiques. At 89 I would like to sell some of antique tools to someone who would appreciate them. There is also parts for JD tractor and equipment ,new & used. joe
