I used it on a Sony using a Metabones EF - E adapter. Since the Metabones worked on a Canon EF lens mount, I would assume it would work. I saw this online when asked a question about what lenses work with your camera:

I hate to sell it because it was such a good lens for milky way photography. But, I won't be able to do that anymore, so I would gladly sell it.
