Yes, trump has in the past used "speaking in code" to avoid direct implications in his illicit and illegal activities.
But trump got sloppy after he LOST the 2020 election.
trump was so desperate to avoid prosecutions for his past activities, that he was willing to try everything possible to try to stay in office.
Those documents he so desperately tried to hide from the 1/6 Committee have been a treasure trove for the investigators!
And through FOIA requests, the news media has unearthed additional information and evidence to further bolster the 1/6 Committee's case against trump!
Then we also have trump running his mouth off.
Didn't anyone ever explain the Miranda rights to trump?
"You have the right to remain silent" would be really good advice for trump to follow about now.
But being the narcissist that he is, he just needs to keep spouting off!
