Your logo is way to large.. Takes away from the subject as the eye tends to capture it first. I use a fine script font of 10 in the lower right corner.. Try it!

Not a bad image, but a couple of issues that don't push my buttons. Obviously a model who will make a big impression on many. But outside of that, the color balance seems a bit off to me (maybe only me), the eyes are looking too far up (too much whites showing). The pose is so-so, not sure I like the crop just below the knees. The green background (which may be messing up the white balance) is pretty strong, and I wish the background was a bit more blurred. A small fill light on the face may have helped a bit. Something just looks a little off in some spots (between hair and left shoulder). Anyway, that sounds like a lot of crisis, and I don't mean it to be, it is a very nice image, just some of your other posts I really liked and this one wasn't one of my favorites so far, but others seem to like it so I seem to be the outlier.
