Looking for some recommendations on a good photo belt to use that would securely hold a couple of pouches, that's sturdy, easy to adjust/tighten/loosen.
Try "Harness belt" maid by the Amish. Just fits through the loops on jeans. I have 3 of them, 1 for dress, 1 for work, and 1 for hunting and photography. You could be picked up by them, they are that strong but supple. I have a belt type camera bag that will hold a camera with an 8 inch lens. Never worried about it falling off. They only come in black.

Think Tank markets an extensive belt/pouch system.
Do you have a web address, or a way of seeing this product?

If this references my Think Tank mention, their products are available through retailers such as B&H. That's the source I've used in purchasing the belt/pouch system I use when I don't need or want a backpack.
I would call B&H and ask them. I would also consider asking them about any belts with a steel wire in it, as they will prevent it being cut if you go into arias that are known for "cut and run" stealing cameras.

A military surplus web belt can work - assuming you have WIDE loops in your pouches - about 2 1/2 inches .....
