Thos is actually an excellent medium duty tripod, I sold dozens of them over the years and used on myself for a very long time. Good luck, someone will grab this soon I am sure.

Thanks for pointing out that this is a medium duty tripod. I modified the post. I never used a heavier lens than my 500 f4, and this tripod supports my lens securely so I thought it kind of heavy duty LOL.
