What is wrong in this image, can you tell?

I can identify with the guy spotting something no one else noticed. The lady on the right seems to be composing her shot of you photographing them photographing the bird. It’s a very interesting photo!

Taken with a very long focus lens--accounting for the fact the "photogs" seem not to be pointing at the bird. The blur could be part shake---but more likely focus on the bird at wide open since it is a low light cloudy and possibly rainy day. Probably not put together as one suggested---but the bird has some distance from the people in reality or they would stoop down more to the bird's eye level----

The second guy on the photo left is still trying to figure out his menu that is difficult to see in the sun... I see little shadowing... is it noon?

Depth of field is off. Hight f/stop might cure this?
