They are lovely as well. Actually a member of the thrush family and not a Robin at all.

In N. America robins are in the Thrush family as well. Check my postings of Varied Thrush. The body form is very similar between robins and thrushes. Eye to beak distance and so on. Thanx for your interest!

Thanks for that. In the UK the So called Blackbird is also a thrush and like a number of species in the word of birds has escaped being renamed!๐Ÿ‘
