That is correct. I was on a steep hill/cliff by the lake. The eagle's nest was on the same level as I was and the eagles were flying below me and fishing in the lake.
good job on the bird but the pattern in the water is sort of off putting. You might try working on the background to smooth some of the texture there
Amazed at your thinking - my thoughts on the background are exactly opposite to yours. I feel that it is just right. Yes - we are all different. It would be interesting to read how others feel on this.
