Just before the park got hit with snow, the amazing fall colors were abundant in the park. I just had to share these photos with you!

Brent, I like all of them!!
You did very well capturing the colors.
Wow!!
Every time I start counting down to pick a winner, I lose count and getting distracted.
I need image numbers to keep up....
Pat

Thanks Jay Pat.......It's easy to get distracted. You don't really need to pick a winner........image numbers would be a good idea though!

Wizz, have you ever been there? If not, put it on your personal bucket list! (and bring your camera)!

You made it half way but turned around? Are you still able to make it? They have so many people wanting to get up there now that they have a limited amount of permits for the climb to keep the quantity of people down.

Well, first of all, Yosemite is one of my most favorite places on Earth!!!! I used to go there at least once a year for many years when I lived in CA. I have to say that ALL of your photos are absolutely breathtaking and you brought back many wonderful memories for me! Thank you! :O)

NOW, my favorite???? OMG! LOL! Well, after looking at them over and over and over, I would have to say that number 9, the bright yellow stand of trees amongst the dark evergreens really popped out at me. I LOVE when that happens! :O) I also love #15. The road to Yosemite? LOVE the fog and the subtle color in the trees. This picture also reminds me of the road leading to Mendocino/Fort Bragg, CA, which I used to go to A LOT, too! I also love the little guy in #19, sitting on the curb, like he's just taking it all in, non-chalantly! LOL! The light is hitting him perfectly!

You did an amazing job! You are obviously in your Bliss, when taking photos. It's my Bliss, too. Thank you so much for that beautiful walk down memory lane! :O)

Thank you WeeBGB for your comments. I'm glad that you could take that walk down memory lane and remember what it was like in the most beautiful place on earth (in my opinion).
The road that you commented on....#15 is Highway 41 along the way from Wawona to the Southern entrance as we were leaving. The fog was magical!

Sorry for using the trick of posting a comment to get my images at the top of the list......but I truly do think you will appreciate these photos for the beauty of Yosemite and really wanted to share them with you.

Well? Isn't ANYONE going to look at these photos? Hmmmmmmm????

I see no need to comment. They are good but you have already bragged on yourself enough.

I enjoyed your pictures very much!
My wife and I were there last year and went over Tioga Pass just before it closed for the winter. We also saw the big Sequoiadendrons. AKA Sierra Redwoods.
I didn't forget my camera. ;-)

Yep, a lot of images, but that is OK! Been there once on a birding trip, wished I could have stayed longer to have some of my own images. Yours are awesome, much appreciate you sharing the scenes!! It's a beautiful park!!

I would say this one gets my vote. It conveys a mood, has nice leading lines and composition, and the fog ads mystery.
