Super! I have been there four times and had only one trip where I felt the shots were what I was looking for. Two of the trips were too late for peak fall color and one was too early and on an overcast, rainy day that was the worst of all. Even the one trip where I got some nice fall color was a little late. A ranger told me a heavy rain had pelted the area about four days before and took down about 25% of the leaves. Even at 75% it was beautiful. I really like your shot because 99% of all the shots I've ever seen of the mill are fall shots. Have you ever stayed in one of the cabins there? Very inexpensive and nice. The one we stayed in had a two story stone fireplace, a sleeping loft, fully furnished galley kitchen, and plenty of firewood stacked outside the cabin. I would like to do that again sometime.

Thank you for your comments. I have not stayed in any of the cabins there however my son got married in Dec of 2018 and I rented a four bedroom cabin at Bluestone and it was amazing. Could not believe the price. My son lives about 30 minutes from Babcock and my wife and I get there normally a minimum of twice a year. I always make a trip to the Mill and many other scenic areas in that region to photograph.
