That putting down vaccine sceptics only makes them dig in harder, i.e., what leader of France is trying to do. From my personal experience, while I agree with him, I believe it will turn out to be near impossible to change many people's minds. From my discussions with relatives, some college educated in health fields, they don't really know why they feel as they do. Each time you provide a way to test things, they change their reasons.
