I will do one more post today, then we are off to AZ and warmer temperatures for a while. This will be the first time we have tried being Snow Birds! I will also be taking a break from the computer! It only took 2 months to work all the Zimbabwe photos......
I really wanted a Banded Mongoose photo and this is the only one I got. They were around, but fast and shy!
I did not take the last photo. They were huge portraits on a wall and I thought they were beautiful!
Another excellent set, Beth! Enjoy some time off and snow birding.
what can one say........great
Wonderful mix. The middle and last portraits are excellent to me. The first is spoiled for me by her hand, which looks very large.
Nice set! Where are you headed to in AZ? We are heading down that direction in a few weeks!
Great series of odds and ends, Beth.
Another great post. Have fun on your trip to AZ.

If you ever go back to Africa I would like you to have permission to bring the hippo skull back to me. I can't believe it would be wrong to bring it back because there are so many skulls from so many kills in Africa. Also, a Cape Town buffalo is another one.
All are wonderful photos. The black-necked stilt is a bird of another color. Our black-necked stilts here have the black continuing up on the back of the neck and onto the head. Both stilts are beautifully amazing.
Photolady, you take wonderful photos. Go to <tripadvisor.com> look at <the Glass Outhouse Art Gallery>. You could show your art photos there. Everything there is free, but artists can show their arts there and Laurel Siedl will take the money and give it to you. Artists payments are the only costs to the public. Whether you show your art or go there to see the GOArt Gallery on a venture to SoCal desert (kinda' near Palm Springs) it is worth it. It's a camera opp.
