Biden is not enforcing our laws on the Southern Border (during an epidemic no less). By your reasoning, shouldn't he be charged with dereliction of duty? This has a much bigger impact than anything Trump supposedly did.

The committee better get moving if they are really serious about this. And even if they recommend the Justice Dept pursue bringing charges it will be a stretch. This will morph into nothing after the mid-term elections and then the tables will turn on all the conspiracy theorists.
