the wee cover which is over the veiw finder on my 600d keeps coming of in the bag. anyone else have the same problem or any ideas how to stop it. i dont want to glue it

Surey the cover is only used IF you use it on a tripod to stop stray light, i thow them away or lose them, it isnt a cover for daily use !

OR if it is the attached, blue tack araldite superglue :)

thats the cover. i like the blue tack idea, ill give it a go and see. i use the view finder alot hand held or on the tripod.

Just jokng about araldite,don't do it

These always fell off, they also used to have two small plastic clips as part of the thing and they snap, 2 small blue tack bits are never seen.

i bought one on ebay then found the old one in the bag now iv got two. I also keep loosing my lens caps. least i havent lost the camera yet :-)

I like the Bluetack idea.This eyepiece is the achilles heel I feel.

I use one on my 60D and my wife's t3i and it makes the viewfinder appear about twice its size and it screws on, the only down side is it darkens the corner of the viewfinder.
