Great set, Jim. Loved the before and after driveway series.
Thanks, Joe...looks nice but it wasn't a fun morning after all, slipping and sliding and one hard fall!!
Looks like you had some beautiful weather drop in on you. I suspect my place in Idaho Falls got the same treatment. Darn the bad luck I am in Southern CA. That is a lot of snow.

Heck of a storm and more on the way tomorrow. Our son came this am to blow the now off our driveway and sidewalks. Bet the morning commute is a mess although the snowplow made one pass down our street.
Couple of quick snaps with my cell phone!
Thank you Jederick for posting the snow pictures. A snow fall changes the landscape in such a beautiful way. We only get a couple of inches and it melts in two to three days. So really appreciate looking at your pictures. Stay safe and Merry Christmas.
Great photo of my favorite kind of snow- In photos. Predicting 76 degrees here in SC today. Y'all come on down !!!
Oh wow! The was quite a take of for the season!
WE could handle a little of that here in NW Pennsylvania. I look out my front window and see lawns mostly green with a hint of brown. Roads and sidewalks are clear but damp, weve had a little rain.
Beautiful. Gorgeous. Snow and pics. It is natures way of putting a new paint job on Earth. And we need the water. A bit of a nuisance but a necessary one. I live in Wisconsin and am eagerly awaiting a new paint job.
Beautiful scenes Jim but I don't miss the white stuff which turned gray very quickly on the streets of NY. It was 48 this morning here and we're both freezing!
Brings back memories of Illinois and Massachusetts

I like the tracks that lead away from your vehicle; that's a goodly amount of snow to slither around in.
Here in Southeastern Utah, though snow was *predicted* for Tuesday, absolutely none materialized, so we didn't get hammered in quite the same way as you did. All we had was wind. To the extent that I felt like I'd been transported back in time and place, back to those days of yore when I lived in 'tornado alley' (Oklahoma). Like I said, here we didn't get hammered. In fact, the only 'hammering' I noticed came around 4 a.m. when I was awakened by a large crashing sound. Upon investigation, I found that along with the wind, all I got was about 500 lbs of tree trunk that took out half the roof of my front porch and lowered the roofline of my metal shed by about 2 feet. But golly gosh, I didn't get any snow to have to slither through.

It was beautiful, Dennis...until the moment I started shoveling!! Most of Idaho did get a good dump so imagine your place is sitting in a pile of wet white!
