Another of the model (her name is Daisy, don't think I ever mentioned that). Just playing around with a fan, a wonderful model and a bit of Photoshop.

Nice job, the only thing I would have done differently is to add a hair light to separate her hair from the background.

Thanks all. Yea, when I was processing the image, I thought the exact same thing about wishing I had something to kick up her hair a bit. Hindsight is so clear! It actually is a bit better in the SOOC color shot, but moving to BW really made her brown hair blend with the dark backdrop.

I have never tried this, but could you alter the colour of her brown hair to a lighter shade before going to BW?

I could probably try that. I did in fact try to lighten the hair already somewhat in the RAW conversion and tried once it was BW, but doing it a bit more could help if it doesn't push the shadows too hard. But I did not change the hair color, just added exposure to that hair. Changing the color is an interesting idea I will play with. Good idea. Will have to try it at some point.
