Nice capture. If you do nothing else to a RAW photo use the "Auto" button in Develop Mode, Basic

Nicely posed and composed pic. My only criticism is that the nose looks to be the focal point as it is the sharpest part of the photo, to my eyes. I'd suggest focusing on the eyes or as suggested an increase of one stop on the aperture.

I like the "one eye more in focus" look. It makes Oscar look like he is evaluating exactly what is going on here. Really looks like he is thinking.
