On RT 93, Ely Nevada has a steam railroad and a working mine. Old stuff. Don’t remember other off road stuff between Ely n Vegas. Haven’t been there, you will have to look it up, but near Vegas, is Fire Canyon, with big horn sheep. You got em in MT, but any big horn is worth a pic or two.

Don't miss Oatman, AZ! It's a quaint little town on the original Route 66 a couple hours south of Kingman. My wife and I took the side trip couple years ago on our way to Las Vegas. Two-lane winding road with beautiful scenery, well worth the time. Instead of returning to Kingman on the same route you can continue on same road and hook up with main divided highway to return to Kingman or your main destination route.

Oatman is an old mining town and has donkeys roaming the streets. It's like a step back in time.

Around Elko, NV there are some campgrounds. And Elko is good for a good Steak Dinner. Lamoille Canyon State Park is scenic, but I don't think I'd haul triples past the first Campground. Have a fabulous trip, and be safe.

Thanks and good to know about the park. We normally park the camper then take the side-by-side for the road trips thru the parks and stuff if they are close.

I have been thru Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon quite a few times...but haven't spent any time in NV or AZ other than a quick drive thru. We used to visit friends that lived in Kanab UT.

If you get as far as Tuscon SabinoCanyon is worth seeing. Also the airplane graveyard and next to it the air museum. Further south Tombstone and Bisbee are fun visits. Safe travels and good luck.

Thanks...not sure how far we will get but will add this to the list in case. We don't have a time line so I might be able to see more of AZ!
