When i was out shooting and spotted this set up, I immediately know what I wanted to do with the image I captured. The second (original) is SOOC.

You lost me. The second shot was posted to show where I started from. As I mentioned I knew I was going to alter it when I took the shot. The original (#2) was not worked on at all.

Thanks, much appreciate. I must have changed the light beams three or four times before I came up with the final results.

Lol it only took me a day to understand what you were referring to. Sometimes I can be a bit dense.

The first would make a great postage stamp dedicated to light housekeepers of old. Things were not always pleasant for them. Give a read to the great story about light housekeepers while looking at MJFrank's first photo.

I took a look at it. Reminded me of the Hitchcock movie The Birds. I may never look at a lighthouse the same ever again.
As for use on a stamp why not.

The light-house lights are lighting up the starry sky. I believe the stars should not be seen so brightly. Just my thought.

I thought about that, but I might have to reconsider darkening the stars behind the light beams.

Wonderfully done Frank. I envy you the ability to visualize the completed shot
