Sunday Turkey Dinner!
Turkey Breast is marinated with, Rosemary , sage, thyme, oregano , orange juice,lemon zest, gran garlic, black pepper, salted and white wine
Cook ground beef and pork in bacon fat with garlic, onions, kosher salt, black pepper, white. Cold down mixture add pistachios, bacon, white bread and parmesan cheese.
Enjoy!

Had some the other night from a local legendary meat market...Ferraro's in New Haven. They call themselves the Meat King.
It was boneless chicken breast stuffed with shrimp, scallops and crab meat. The stuffing was phenomenal.

Excellent job Ernesto I’m sure it is delicious. Brings me back many years large Thanksgiving dinners and 2 Turkeys one traditional and a second one deboned stuffed with sausage provolone bread and herbs, spices tied and roasted it was a big hit.
