Thank you apache, nice of you to comment!
Stunning. I'll be there next year beginning of June, would love to get a shot like that. Can't wait to see your fabulous canyons and National Parks.

That is really an impressive shot!
WIZZ....thank you!
DENISEDANCER......thanks for your compliment, we have National Parks but no canyons though.
MJL.....thanks, much appreciated!
Quite impressive. I would have gone nuts with that type of lighting by trying to get as many shots as I could before it was gone. Was there last June around mid-day with full sunlight. No matter what time day...the Grand Canyon is indeed impressive to behold.
Hi Coffee55. Well, I don't really know what to expect as I'm doing a 10 day tour from Denver to Las Vegas. I chose this particular tour because they overnight within the National Parks so hopefully I can get some sunrise and sunset pics. Going to Mesa Verdi, Arches, Monument, Canyonlands, Lake Powell, Bryce, Zion, Capital Reef, Grand Staircase-Escalante, and of course the Grand Canyon. My husband just wants to go to Las Vegas, but this is how I am getting him there...he he he. We are also fitting in LA, San Francisco, Disneyland(of course) and San Diego. Wish we could get to Yellowstone and Yosemite but can't fit it all in. Besides will have to leave something for another trip.
Your country is a bit like Australia in that it is so big and there is so much to see and so many different areas. I can't wait for our trip.
gregoryd45....thanks, pleased you like it!
pinkycat....thanks for your compliment.
James56...I took lots but only three I was satisfied with.
Denisedancer...We liked Bryce even better than the G,C. Hate to say this, but Yellowstone was marvelous! Yosimite is very picturesque. You're in for a real treat! P.S. I live in a small island in the North Sea, (just thought I'd mention it)
