Photoshop Problems

The latest version of Photoshop will not save my files. Called Adobe and Apple for help which they gave me, but did not fix the problem. Is anyone having the same problem?

I don't have a Mac , just windows 10 and a linux system . If no one tries to help you that has a Mac . Maybe you could try uninstalling PS since I am guessing you used the update from Adobe to update PS and install a fresh copy from Adobe . Tommy

The article talks about the issue on Mac's, but I think the issue pertains to all computers.

Try "saving a copy". I had a similar issue and I Googled the problem.

Thank you. The answer is that I have to disconnect my external monitor and then it will work. Adobe said the next update will fix the problem.
