No, however, it significantly slows the spread down. The more people who are vaccinated the fewer people who contract the virus. Simple math as current facts and statistics prove. The main point that you are missing is that it protects YOU! Two-way street here. Why is this so difficult to understand??

The death toll to date tells a much different story as do the people who are suffering ongoing health issues as a result of "recovering". I have yet to hear a sensible and factual reason to not to get the vaccine. As I stated, it's a personal choice. If you wish to gamble with your life & good health don't get the vaccine. Some things are just unfixable.

It doesn't slow anything down.
The vaccines do not stop you from getting Covid...nor does it stop you from giving it to others.
The advantages of getting the vaccine only kick in once you GET Covid.

Oh yea, you forgot to mention the most important point that IF you are exposed to the virus, the vaccine GREATLY lessens one's chance of death and long-term issues. It's like going 70 miles per hour and having a car pull out in front of you. You hit the brakes and almost stop, but you still have a much less severe impact on the car in front of you because your brakes work in conjunction with the airbag.

The vaccine does not stop a person from dying either, at first people were told it would be easier ,but believe it or not there are people who have died who were fully vaccinated, the vaccine should be your choice not the governments

Please don't be so quick to dismiss these "crap drugs"! I am a physician and have seen many people make dramatic a dramatic recovery after starting IVERMICTIN or PLAQUANIL. These drugs are very effective and are used in countries like Africa, Israel and many european contries where these meds are over the counter. These are old drugs that have been around for many years and are very safe. It makes me wonder why our government is pushing these billion dollar meds when we have meds that cost pennies which have seemed to work.
