Thanks. There really isn't a magic formula, it is mostly experience and maybe because of my experience processing film I was able to translate that to LR and PS. I shoot in raw and usually the first thing I do is adjust highlights, shadows, blacks, and whites after that I adjust other settings till I get the desired effect and then add a slight vignette. Hope that helps.
