Just got off of the phone with Canon. For us Apple users, Big Sur made the Canon Pro Studio Pro printing plug-in inoperable. Fix is on the way-not sure when.
I asked, again why this "plug-in" is so difficult to use and unstable was well. No answer. I suggested that they put a bit more "engineering" into the next fix so this does not happen again. Saves them money as the tech support people will not have people like me calling every time the plug-in does not work-my two cents.
I've given up trying to install Print Studio Pro on a Window 10 computer. I've tried several times and, it just doesn't work. Maybe there is a new version I should try.

The tech support was good as far it goes. No solution. But I am Apple OS.
