Spent an afternoon at the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden in Pittsburgh. The exhibition was meant to be whimsical but I found the trolls, hobbits and elves a bit much so I concentrated on the plants and a few details.
There's a Gilhooley Glass Sculpture in the main area.

A very nice series. I like your compositions very much. You lost me with the; 'Am I asking...' Thank you for posting!

I think you mean Chihuly Glass. Dale Chihuly is a world renowned blown glass artist.
Very nice. Especially like the cacti Highway.

Great clarity - and beautifully done

You are absolutely right! A glass blower extraordinaire who makes life miserable for his students and gallery owners according to a documentary I saw many years ago. He had a large exhibit here in Kansas City and some of his work still hangs at the Kemper Museum, hard by the local Kansas City Art Institute and the Nelson Atkins Museum. Thanks for the correction.
I just got as close as I could to the center of this plant and lost all focus around it. But I like it! Call me crazy, I'd treasure that.
Thanks, the building is beautiful inside with many byways. Worth a visit if you are in Pittsburgh.
Really like 'All roads lead'
