Nude no. 099
Kasia at the studio windows. Shot digitally with natural backlight supplemented with alien bees. The main light is firing into a gold giant umbrella and is just next to the camera and fill in a soft box comes from camera left. I know
the color temp is different from the outside light but I don’t care. I don’t think it is bad in the least.
Nice! She has that “Come and get me, big boy” expression.
Your lighting worked very well. Compliments to the model, as well.

No way. Looks like she's giving that look of look what you can get if you're lucky.
Looks like Charlize Theron. Nice pose and background. You've got a beautiful model John. More

The mind is a wonderful thing. And obviously mine has been wondering in the background of my day. It has compelled me to come back to review several images and all the comments made.
Your statement about color temp difference made me look a little closer. Then several things popped out at me. The color of the window frame reminds me of the buildings of Frank Lloyd Wright. Closer examination of the model, the window frame, and the background makes me wonder if this is a Photoshop composite. Focus and lighting just... And your statement in another post about shooting relatively slow at one half or 1/15th of a second that gave your images soft focus came to mind.
Just wondering.
Amazing how well the color of her nipples blends with the color of the window frame. Seriously nice!

No, ImTrying, it’s not a composite. This is nearly photojournalist in nature, a few adjustments in contrast aside. It came off the card looking like it does.
Truthfully, I don’t like doing composites. The ones I’ve done just don’t make it for me. Just so much fluff. I take things away in ps, but rarely add things. I prefer to do my composites in real time; work on the scene for how ever long it takes and then open the shutter. Others do them, but you can usually tell when you see them.
This is how my studio looked in real life on a day about 10 - 12 years ago.
