Hi folks, while browsing and looking for a specific camera, I came across national camera exchange and was curious if any of you had done any business with them, I normally deal with keh, and roberts, but neither one of them have what I’m looking for, any info would be much appreciated. Thanks
They had some stores in Minnesota, and when I was working out there I bought several lenses and a camera or two from them, but always at retail. Many years ago, but they ran a good operation.
Looking for a couple older cameras to play with, Nikon d300, d7000, just to knock around with and not spend a ton of cash.!thanks for info
Consider
www.mpb.com. They are one of the prime competitors to KEH. Very reputable, done business several times with them, price point seems to be a bit lower (your favor), than KEH
I have bought numerous things from them over the years, both new and used. They have maintained a presence in spite of the pandemic. Good people who stand behind thier products. I would not hesitate to buy from them.
Good morning from Minnesota TK,
National Camera Exchange has several stores in Minnesota with the largest being in Golden Valley MN. I have been doing business with them for decades. NEVER a problem with the products / staff / customer service.
Highly recommended!

I have dealt with them many times in the Mpls area they absolutely legit.
A great company to do business with. I have bought a lot from them and never worried about them standing buy what they sold me. Prices are fair, and sales people are all top of the line photographers. National Camera had five stores in the Mpls area but now have downsized to the original Golden Valley store because of the covid. I would really hate not having them around to rely on for my needs.
I have dealt with National Camera Exchange for over 55 years and they have been 100 percent! To this day I frequently visit their Golden Valley store as I live in the general area. The owner is a third generation of ownership.

If you are considering doing business with an unfamiliar merchant, especially if your transaction involves internet and mail order, It is best to check with the Better Business Bureau and download ripoffreport.com
Highly recommend National Camera!!!
Dealt with National Camera numerous times. Fantastic outfit; great customer service. Fair prices (better than any other shop) on trade-ins, although you will always get more if you sell your gear yourself. They are my go to retailer.
I recently purchased a D7000 from MPB. First online purchase of camera equipment. It was "excellent condition". I checked the current shutter count today, 36,147. I've taken several hundred photos with it and everything works well. I am quite pleased with my purchase and my experience with MPB.
I went with MPB after checking Roberts, KEH, Adorama, and others. This was the particular camera I was looking for, and they had more of these and better prices than the other stores.
I checked today, and they listed way over a dozen models with varying conditions and shutter counts. Prices were from $204 to $279. $279 is what I paid. They offer 180 day warranty and I got delivery in about a week.
Check it out and good luck.
