I sent my Tamron SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 Di VC USD for repairs.
Received quote for repairs and directions for approval of said repairs.
I've called their 1-800-827-8880 number and the call will not go thru.
I've tried their FAX: 1 631 858 8462 and it's not going thru.
Any suggestions other than USPS mail for credit card approval?

Thanks! They finally turned their phones and fax machine on to receive calls. I made about 11 calls/ fax’s attempts between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Finally got thru at 11:00 AM to give them my credit card info for the repair.

Quick question, how did you prepare the lens for shipping? I need to do the same and can't quite figure out how to package it so that it does not get damaged - thanks

When it pops up scroll down to lens repair. Click on it and fill out the form.
Submit request. Send it and you will receive a reply the same day and instructions on how to package with bubble wrap, etc.
They were slow turning their phone and fax on Monday. Call nor fax would not go through. Couldn’t leave a voice Mail.
Got live voice at 11:00 AM..
